Hello I’m Dayton Osborne, owner and founder of Night ’N’ Day Construction.
I was born in Grapevine and raised in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. With both my parents and grandparents involved in home building and entrepreneurship, construction has been part of my life from an early age. I grew up learning the industry from the ground up—from sweeping floors to swinging a hammer—and developed an appreciation for quality craftsmanship and doing things the right way.
Before starting my career, I played collegiate golf at Tyler Junior College and later attended the University of Oklahoma. Competitive golf taught me patience, discipline, persistence, and attention to detail—qualities that have carried into the way I approach both business and construction today.
After college, I began my career in business development. Between that experience and the years I spent around the construction industry, I knew I eventually wanted to build something of my own.
That vision became Night ’N’ Day Construction.
I started this company because I wanted homeowners to have a contractor they could genuinely trust—someone who communicates, shows up, pays attention to the details, and stands behind the work. I also saw how overwhelming the restoration process can be after a storm or property loss and wanted our team to be a knowledgeable resource for homeowners throughout that process.
Today, Night ’N’ Day Construction serves homeowners throughout DFW with roofing, insurance restoration, renovations, and custom home construction. No matter the size of the project, our goal is the same: provide exceptional craftsmanship, use quality materials, communicate clearly, and never cut corners.
For me, Night ’N’ Day is about more than building and restoring homes. It’s about building relationships, taking care of people, and creating work our entire team is proud to put our name behind.
